New issues are published by Bankruptcy Creditors' Service, Inc., on an ad hoc basis as significant activity occurs (generally every 10 to 20 days) in the Debtors' cases. New issues are prepared by Rose Mae Ireen Mayol, Lee Ria Villahermosa, Riza M. Deloria, Tara Eliza Tecarro, Jonathan Florentino, Terence F. Casquejo, Richelle Louisa Amoguis, Psyche Castillon, Ivy Magdadaro, Julie Anne Lopez, Carlo Alejandro Fernandez, Christopher Patalinghug, Frauline S. Abangan and Peter A. Chapman, Editors. The subscription rate is US$45 per issue. Newsletters are delivered via e-mail; invoices, transmitted following publication of each newsletter issue, arrive by fax. Re-mailing of any newsletter issue is prohibited. Distribution to multiple individuals at the same firm is provided at no additional charge; folks outside of your firm should set-up and pay for their own subscriptions.
