FRANCESCA'S HOLDINGS: Incurs $21.3MM Net Loss in December

Francesca's Holdings Corporation, et al., filed a monthly operating
report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the
period December 3, 3030 to January 2, 2021.
The Debtors' consolidated statement of operations showed a net loss
of $21.39 million on net sales of $46.07 million for the reporting
period.
As of January 2, 2021, the Debtors listed $445.37 million in
consolidated total assets, $299.90 million in consolidated total
liabilities, and $145.46 million in total shareholders' equity.
The Debtors had $8.82 million in beginning cash balance at the
start of December 2020.
For the current reporting period, they listed total receipts of
$49.50 million; total operating disbursements of $24.11 million;
total non-operating disbursements of $2,209; and total
restructuring-related disbursements of $4.03 million. The Debtors
also accounted for $28.80 million in borrowings and repayments of
$47.11 million. As of Jan. 2, 2021, the Debtors had an ending cash
balance of $11.87 million.

Francesca's Holdings Corporation is a specialty retailer that
operates a nationwide-chain of boutiques providing a diverse
assortment of apparel, jewelry, accessories and gifts. As of Dec.
1, 2020, the Debtor operates 558 boutiques in 45 states and the
District of Columbia, and also serves customers through
www.francescas.com, the Debtor's e-commerce website, and its

Francesca's Holdings and its affiliates sought protection under
Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (Bankr. D. Del. Case No.
20-13076) on Dec. 3, 2020. Francesca's Holdings had total assets of
$264.7 million and total liabilities of $290.5 million as of Nov.
1, 2020.
Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon oversees the cases.
The Debtors tapped O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Richards, Layton &
Finger P.A. as legal counsel, FTI Capital Advisors LLC as financial
