Fred's, Inc., et al., filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission their monthly operating report for the period from
October 6, 2019 through November 2, 2019.

The Debtors' consolidated statement of operations showed a net loss
of $27.39 million on $22.45 million of revenue for the current
reporting period.

As of November 2, 2019, the Debtors listed $184.89 million in
consolidated total assets, $219.69 million in consolidated total
liabilities, and -$34.80 million in consolidated total
shareholders' equity.

The Debtors listed total cash receipts of $38.76 million and total
cash disbursements of $29.66 million.

Solutions LLC as claims and noticing agent; and Berkeley Research
Group, LLC, as financial advisor.
