ARCAPITA BANK: Arcapita Investment Has $2.57-Mil Cash on Oct. 31

Arcapita Investment Holdings Limited, on Nov. 16, 2012, filed its
monthly operating report for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

The Debtor reported a net loss of $1.79 million on total income of
$963,779 for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, the Debtor had total assets of $2.68 billion,
total liabilities of $493.30 million and total stockholders'
equity of $2.19 billion.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, Arcapita Investment had total cash of
$2.57 million.

                        About Arcapita Bank

Arcapita Bank B.S.C., also known as First Islamic Investment Bank
B.S.C., along with affiliates, filed for Chapter 11 protection
(Bankr. S.D.N.Y. Lead Case No. 12-11076) in Manhattan on March 19,
2012.  The Debtors said they do not have the liquidity necessary
to repay a US$1.1 billion syndicated unsecured facility when it
comes due on March 28, 2012.

Falcon Gas Storage Company, Inc., later filed a Chapter 11
petition (Bankr. S.D.N.Y. Case No. 12-11790) on April 30, 2012.
Falcon Gas is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Arcapita that
previously owned the natural gas storage business NorTex Gas
Storage Company LLC.  In early 2010, Alinda Natural Gas Storage I,
L.P. (n/k/a Tide Natural Gas Storage I, L.P.), Alinda Natural Gas
Storage II, L.P. (n/k/a Tide Natural Gas Storage II, L.P.)
acquired the stock of NorTex from Falcon Gas for $515 million.
Arcapita guaranteed certain of Falcon Gas' obligations under the
NorTex Purchase Agreement.

The Debtors tapped Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as bankruptcy
counsel, Linklaters LLP as corporate counsel, Towers & Hamlins LLP
as international counsel on Bahrain matters, Hatim S Zu'bi &
Partners as Bahrain counsel, KPMG LLP as accountants, Rothschild
Inc. and financial advisor, and GCG Inc. as notice and claims
agent.

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP represents the Official
Committee of Unsecured Creditors.  Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc.,
serves as its financial advisor and investment banker.

Founded in 1996, Arcapita is a global manager of Shari'ah-
compliant alternative investments and operates as an investment
bank.  Arcapita is not a domestic bank licensed in the United
States.  Arcapita is headquartered in Bahrain and is regulated
under an Islamic wholesale banking license issued by the Central
Bank of Bahrain.  The Arcapita Group employs 268 people and has
offices in Atlanta, London, Hong Kong and Singapore in addition to
its Bahrain headquarters.  The Arcapita Group's principal
activities include investing on its own account and providing
investment opportunities to third-party investors in conformity
with Islamic Shari'ah rules and principles.

The Arcapita Group has roughly US$7 billion in assets under
management.  On a consolidated basis, the Arcapita Group owns
assets valued at roughly US$3.06 billion and has liabilities of
roughly US$2.55 billion.  The Debtors owe US$96.7 million under
two secured facilities made available by Standard Chartered Bank.

Arcapita explored out-of-court restructuring scenarios but was
unable to achieve 100% lender consent required to effectuate the
terms of an out-of-court restructuring.

Subsequent to the Chapter 11 filing, Arcapita Investment Holdings
Limited, a wholly owned Debtor subsidiary of Arcapita in the
Cayman Islands, issued a summons seeking ancillary relief from the
Grand Court of the Cayman Islands with a view to facilitating the
Chapter 11 cases.  AIHL sought the appointment of Zolfo Cooper as
provisional liquidator.


DEWEY & LEBOEUF: Ends October With $24.20 Million in Cash

Dewey & Leboeuf LLP, on Nov. 19, 2012, filed its monthly operating
report for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, the Company had total assets of
$109.44 million, total liabilities of $210.62 million and total
stockholders' deficit of $101.18 million.

As of Oct. 1, 2012, the Company had $25.76 million in cash.  The
Company had total cash receipts of $5.03 million and total cash
disbursements of $6.59 million.  As a result, at the end of the
month, Dewey & Leboeuf had $24.20 million

                       About Dewey & LeBoeuf

Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.
Case No. 12-12321) to complete the wind-down of its operations.
The firm had struggled with high debt and partner defections.
Dewey disclosed debt of $245 million and assets of $193 million in
its chapter 11 filing late evening on May 29, 2012.

Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP operated as a prestigious, New York City-
based, law firm that traced its roots to the 2007 merger of Dewey
Ballantine LLP -- originally founded in 1909 as Root, Clark & Bird
-- and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green & MacCrae LLP -- originally founded in
1929.  In recent years, more than 1,400 lawyers worked at the firm
in numerous domestic and foreign offices.

At its peak, Dewey employed about 2,000 people with 1,300 lawyers
in 25 offices across the globe.  When it filed for bankruptcy,
only 150 employees were left to complete the wind-down of the
business.

Dewey's offices in Hong Kong and Beijing are being wound down.
The partners of the separate partnership in England are in process
of winding down the business in London and Paris, and
administration proceedings in England were commenced May 28.  All
lawyers in the Madrid and Brussels offices have departed.  Nearly
all of the lawyers and staff of the Frankfurt office have
departed, and the remaining personnel are preparing for the
closure.  The firm's office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is being
prepared for closure and the liquidation of the firm's local
affiliate.  The partners of the firm in the Johannesburg office,
South Africa, are planning to wind down the practice.

The firm's ownership interest in its practice in Warsaw, Poland,
was sold to the firm of Greenberg Traurig PA on May 11 for
$6 million.  The Pension benefit Guaranty Corp. took $2 million of
the proceeds as part of a settlement.

Judge Martin Glenn oversees the case.  Albert Togut, Esq., at
Togut, Segal & Segal LLP, represents the Debtor.  Epiq Bankruptcy
Solutions LLC serves as claims and notice agent.  The petition was
signed by Jonathan A. Mitchell, chief restructuring officer.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Revolver Agent on behalf of the
lenders under the Revolver Agreement, hired Kramer Levin Naftalis
& Frankel LLP.  JPMorgan, as Collateral Agent for the Revolver
Lenders and the Noteholders, hired FTI Consulting and Gulf
Atlantic Capital, as financial advisors.  The Noteholders hired
Bingham McCutchen LLP as counsel.

The U.S. Trustee formed two committees -- one to represent
unsecured creditors and the second to represent former Dewey
partners.  The creditors committee hired Brown Rudnick LLP led by
Edward S. Weisfelner, Esq., as counsel.  The Former Partners hired
Tracy L. Klestadt, Esq., and Sean C. Southard, Esq., at Klestadt &
Winters, LLP, as counsel.


EASTERN LIVESTOCK: Has $525,156 in Cash Receipts for September
--------------------------------------------------------------
Eastern Livestock Co., LLC, on Oct. 31, 2012, filed its monthly
operating report for the month ended Sept. 30, 2012.

The Company had total cash receipts of $525,156 and total cash
disbursements of $47,619.

                     About Eastern Livestock

Eastern Livestock Co., LLC, was one of the largest cattle
brokerage companies in the United States, with operations and
assets located in at least 11 states.  ELC was headquartered in
New Albany, Indiana, with branch locations across several states.
It shut operations in November 2010.

On Dec. 6, 2010, creditors David L. Rings, Southeast Livestock
Exchange, LLC, and Moseley Cattle Auction, LLC, filed an
involuntary Chapter 11 petition (Bankr. S.D. Ind. Case No.
10-93904) for the Company.  The creditors asserted $1.45 million
in claims for "cattle sold," and are represented by Greenebaum
Doll & McDonald PLLC.

Judge Basil H. Lorch III entered an Order for Relief on Dec. 28,
2010.  At the behest of the creditors, the Court appointed James
A. Knauer, Esq., as Chapter 11 trustee to operate Eastern
Livestock's business.  The Chapter 11 trustee is represented by
James M. Carr, Esq., at Baker & Daniels LLP, nka Faegre Baker
Daniels LLP, as counsel and Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP, as
accountants.  BMC Group Inc. is the claims and notice agent.

The Debtor has disclosed $81,237,865 in assets and $40,154,698 in
papers filed in Court.  The Debtor, in its amended schedules,
disclosed $59,366,230 in assets and $40,154,697 in liabilities as
of the Chapter 11 filing.

An affiliate, East-West Trucking Co., LLC, filed a Chapter 7
petition (Bankr. S.D. Ind. Case No. 10-93799) on Nov. 23, 2010.
The petition was signed by Thomas P. Gibson, as manager.  Michael
J. Walro, appointed as Chapter 7 Trustee for East-West Trucking,
has tapped James T. Young, Esq., at Rubin & Levin, P.C., in
Indianapolis as counsel.  Mr. Gibson, together with his spouse,
Patsy M. Gibson, pursued a personal bankruptcy case (Bankr. S.D.
Ind. Case No. 10-93867) in 2010.  Kathryn L. Pry, the court-
appointed trustee for the Gibson's Chapter 7 case, tapped Dale &
Eke, P.C., as counsel.

The Court approved the appointment of Robert M. Fishman to mediate
the issue of the reasonableness of the proposed settlement with
Fifth Third Bank as contained in the Chapter 11 Plan proposed by
the Debtor.

The Chapter 11 trustee has filed a proposed Chapter 11 plan and
disclosure statement which proposes that unsecured creditors who
"opt in" and release their claims against Fifth Third could
receive a distribution of $0.40 on the dollar or more.  The Court
believes that unsecured creditors in the case may have a keen
interest in receiving a substantial payment on account of their
claims in as prompt a fashion as is feasible.


LEHMAN BROTHERS: Has $16.7 Billion in Cash as of Sept. 30

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. disclosed these cash receipts and
disbursements of the company, its affiliated debtors and
controlled entities for the month ended September 30, 2012:

Lehman reported $13.518 billion in cash and investments as of
September 1, 2012, and $16.699 billion as of September 30, 2012.

The monthly operating report also showed that a total of
$1,622,000 was paid in September to the U.S. Trustee and
professionals.

From September 15, 2008, to September 30, 2012, a total of
$1,733,217,000 was paid to the U.S. Trustee and professionals, of
which $535,520,000 was paid to Lehman's turnaround manager
Alvarez & Marsal LLC, while $419,228,000 was paid to its
bankruptcy counsel, Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.

to the provisions of the Securities Investor Protection Act (Case
No. 08-CIV-8119 (GEL)).  James W. Giddens has been appointed as
trustee for the SIPA liquidation of the business of LBI.

The Bankruptcy Court approved Barclays Bank Plc's purchase of
Lehman Brothers' North American investment banking and capital
markets operations and supporting infrastructure for US$1.75
billion.  Nomura Holdings Inc., the largest brokerage house in
Japan, purchased LBHI's operations in Europe for US$2 plus the
retention of most of employees.  Nomura also bought Lehman's
operations in the Asia Pacific for US$225 million.

Lehman emerged from bankruptcy protection on March 6, 2012, more
than three years after it filed the largest bankruptcy in U.S.
history.  The Chapter 11 plan for the Lehman companies other than
the broker was confirmed in December 2011.

Lehman made its first payment of $22.5 billion to creditors in
April 2012 and a second payment of $10.2 billion on Oct. 1.  A
third distribution is set for around March 30, 2013.  The
brokerage is yet to make a first distribution to non-customers.

LIGHTSQUARED: Ends October With $195.22 Million in Cash

LightSquared Inc., et al., on Nov. 15, 2012, filed its monthly
operating report for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

The Debtor reported a net loss of $54.07 million on net revenue of
$2.80 million for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, the Debtor had total assets of
$3.98 billion, total liabilities of $2.51 billion and total
stockholders' equity of $1.48 billion.

At the beginning of October, the Debtor had $205.06 million in
cash.  LightSquared had total cash receipts of $3.43 million and
total cash disbursements of $13.27 million.  As a result, at the
end of the month, LightSquared had total cash of $195.22 million.

                      About LightSquared Inc.

LightSquared Inc. and 19 of its affiliates filed Chapter 11
bankruptcy petitions (Bankr. S.D.N.Y. Lead Case No. 12-12080) on
May 14, 2012, as the Company seeks to resolve regulatory issues
that have prevented it from building its coast-to-coast integrated
satellite 4G wireless network.

LightSquared had invested more than $4 billion to deploy an
integrated satellite-terrestrial network.  In February 2012,
however, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission told
LightSquared the agency would revoke a license to build out the
network as it would interfere with global positioning systems used
by the military and various industries.  In March 2012, the
Company's partner, Sprint, canceled a master services agreement.
LightSquared's lenders deemed the termination of the Sprint
agreement would trigger cross-defaults under LightSquared's
prepetition credit agreements.

LightSquared and its prepetition lenders attempted to negotiate a
global restructuring that would provide LightSquared with
liquidity and runway necessary to resolve its issues with the FCC.
Despite working diligently and in good faith, however,
LightSquared and the lenders were not able to consummate a global
restructuring on terms acceptable to all interested parties,
prompting the bankruptcy filing.

As of the Petition Date, the Debtors employed roughly 168 people
in the United States and Canada.  As of Feb. 29, 2012, the Debtors
had $4.48 billion in assets (book value) and $2.29 billion in
liabilities.

LightSquared also sought ancillary relief in Canada on behalf of
all of the Debtors, pursuant to the Companies' Creditors
Arrangement Act (Canada) R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36 as amended, in the
Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada.  The purpose of the ancillary proceedings is to
request the Canadian Court to recognize the Chapter 11 cases as a
"foreign main proceeding" under the applicable provisions of the
CCAA to, among other things, protect the Debtors' assets and
operations in Canada.  The Debtors named affiliate LightSquared LP
to act as the "foreign representative" on behalf of the Debtors'
estates.

Judge Shelley C. Chapman presides over the Chapter 11 case.
Lawyers at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP serve as counsel to
the Debtors.  Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC serves as claims and
notice agent.

Counsel to UBS AG as agent under the October 2010 facility is
Melissa S. Alwang, Esq., at Latham & Watkins LLP.

The ad hoc secured group of lenders under the Debtors' October
2010 facility was formed in April 2012 to negotiate an out-of-
court restructuring.  The members are Appaloosa Management L.P.;
Capital Research and Management Company; Fortress Investment
Group; Knighthead Capital Management LLC; and Redwood Capital
Management.  Counsel to the ad hoc secured group is Thomas E.
Lauria, Esq., at White & Case LLP.

Philip Falcone's Harbinger Capital Partners indirectly owns 96% of
LightSquared's outstanding common stock.  Harbinger and certain of
its managed and affiliated funds and wholly owned subsidiaries,
including HGW US Holding Company, L.P., Blue Line DZM Corp., and
Harbinger Capital Partners SP, Inc., are represented in the case
by Stephen Karotkin, Esq., at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

The Office of the U.S. Trustee has not appointed a statutory
committee of unsecured creditors.


PATRIOT COAL: Ends October With $354.93 Million in Cash

Patriot Coal Corporation, on Nov. 16, 2012, filed its monthly
operating report for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

The Debtor posted a net loss of $38.06 million on total revenues
of $144.48 million for the month ended Oct. 31, 2012.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, the Debtor had total assets of
$3.84 billion, total liabilities of $3.88 billion and total
stockholders' deficit of $41.77 million.

As of Oct. 31, 2012, Patriot Coal had total cash of
$354.93 million.

                        About Patriot Coal

St. Louis-based Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) is a producer
and marketer of coal in the eastern United States, with 13 active
mining complexes in Appalachia and the Illinois Basin.  The
Company ships to domestic and international electricity
generators, industrial users and metallurgical coal customers, and
controls roughly 1.9 billion tons of proven and probable coal
reserves.

Patriot Coal and nearly 100 affiliates filed voluntary Chapter 11
petitions in U.S. bankruptcy court in Manhattan (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.
Lead Case No. 12-12900) on July 9, 2012.  Patriot said it had
$3.57 billion of assets and $3.07 billion of debts, and has
arranged $802 million of financing to continue operations during
the reorganization.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is serving as legal advisor, Blackstone
Advisory Partners LP is serving as financial advisor, and AP
Services, LLC is providing interim management services to Patriot
in connection with the reorganization.  Ted Stenger, a Managing
Director at AlixPartners LLP, the parent company of AP Services,
has been named Chief Restructuring Officer of Patriot, reporting
to the Chairman and CEO.  GCG, Inc. serves as claims and noticing
agent.

The case has been assigned to Judge Shelley C. Chapman.

The U.S. Trustee appointed a seven-member creditors committee.


OTERO COUNTY: Ends September 30 With $33.95 Million in Cash

Otero County Hospital Association, Inc., doing business as Gerald
Champion Regional Medical Center, on Oct. 31, 2012, filed its
post-confirmation quarterly operating report for the period from
July 1 to Sept. 30, 2012.

At the beginning of the period, the Company had $16.34 million in
cash.  The Company had total receipts of $110.31 million and total
disbursements of $92.71 million.  At the end of the period, the
Company had total cash of $33.95 million.

                   About Otero County Hospital

Otero County Hospital Association Inc. filed for Chapter 11
protection (Bankr. D. N.M. Case No. 11-13686) in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, on Aug. 16, 2011.  The Alamogordo, New Mexico-based
nonprofit developed and operates the Gerald Champion Regional
Medical Center.  GCRMC serves a total population of approximately
70,000 people.  Otero County Hospital Association also does
business as Mountain View Catering.

Judge Robert H. Jacobvitz presides over the case. Craig H. Averch,
Esq., and Roberto J. Kampfner, Esq., at White & Case, LLP, in Los
Angeles; and John D. Wheeler, Esq., at John D. Wheeler &
Associates, PC, in Alamogordo, New Mexico, serve as bankruptcy

Alice Nystel Page, U.S. Trustee for Region 20, appointed five
creditors to serve on the Official Committee of Unsecured
Creditors of the Debtor.  Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP serves as the
Committee's counsel.  The Committee tapped James Morell of JCM
Advisors, LLC, as healthcare management consultant.

The U. S. Trustee appointed E. Marissa Lane PLLC as patient care
ombudsman on Sept. 13, 2011.

No trustee or examiner has been requested or appointed in the
Chapter 11 Case.

The Debtor's Third Amended Plan of Reorganization dated June 20,
2012, provides that the Plan will resolve the Trust Personal
Injury Claims on a consensual basis; resolve all issues between
the Debtor and Quorum Health Resources, LLC well as the Debtor and
Nautilus Insurance Company on a consensual basis; satisfy the
claims of Bank of America in full; provide for the payment of
trade and other unsecured creditors in full; and allow the Debtor
to emerge from chapter 11 in a strong position and with the
ability to satisfy the medical needs of Otero County.

The Plan contemplates that the Debtor will obtain Exit Financing
to the extent necessary to satisfy the claims of its primary
secured creditor, Bank of America, and provide the Debtor with
sufficient capital to meet its other obligations under the Plan
and continue its normal operations.


SOLYNDRA LLC: Ends September 29 With $840,000 in Cash

Solyndra LLC, et al., on Oct. 24, 2012, filed its monthly
operating report for the period from Sept. 1 through Sept. 29,
2012.

The Company posted a net loss of $4.09 million for the period
ended Sept. 29, 2012.

As of Sept. 29, 2012, the Company had total assets of $296.59
million, total liabilities of $893.45 million and total
stockholders' deficit of $596.86 million.

At the beginning of the period, the Company had $185,000 in cash.
Solyndra had total operating receipts of $281,000 and total
operating disbursements of $936,000.  As a result, as of Sept. 29,
2012, Solyndra had total cash of $840,000.

                        About Solyndra LLC

Founded in 2005, Solyndra LLC was a U.S. manufacturer of solar
photovoltaic solar power systems specifically designed for large
commercial and industrial rooftops and for certain shaded
agriculture applications.  The Company had 968 full time employees
and 211 temporary employees.  Solyndra has sold more than 500,000
of its panels since 2008 and generated cumulative sales of over
$250 million.

Fremont, California-based Solyndra and affiliate 360 Degree Solar
Holdings Inc. sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (Bankr. D.
Del. Lead Case No. 11-12799) on Sept. 6, 2011.  Solyndra is at
least the third solar company to seek court protection from
creditors since August 2011.

Judge Mary F. Walrath presides over the Debtors' cases.  The
Debtors are represented by Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP as
legal adviser.  AlixPartners LLP serves as noticing claims and
balloting agent.  Imperial Capital LLC serves as the company's
investment banker and financial adviser.  The Debtors also tapped
former Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld, now with the law
firm McDermott Will & Emery, to represent the company in
government investigations and related litigation.  BDO Consulting,
a division of BDO USA, LLP, as financial advisor and BDO Capital
Advisors, LLC, serves as investment banker for the creditors'
panel.

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Solyndra LLC has
tapped Blank Rome LLP as counsel and BDO Consulting as financial
advisors.

In October 2011, the Debtors hired Berkeley Research Group, LLC,
and designated R. Todd Neilson as Chief Restructuring Officer.

Solyndra owed secured lenders $783.8 million, including
$527.8 million to the U.S. government pursuant to a federal loan
guarantee, and held assets valued at $859 million as of the
Petition date.  The U.S. Federal Financing Bank, owned by the U.S.
Treasury Department, is the Company's biggest lender.

When they filed for Chapter 11, the Debtors pursued a two-pronged
strategy to effectuate either a sale of their business to a
"turnkey" buyer who may acquire substantially all of Solyndra's
assets or, if the Debtors were unable to identify any potential
buyers, an orderly liquidation of the assets for the benefit of
their creditors.

Solyndra did not receive acceptable offers to buy the business as
a going concern.  Two auctions late last year brought in a total
of $8 million.  A three-day auction in February generated another
$3.8 million.  An auction in June generated $1.79 million from the
sale of 7,200 lots of equipment.

Solyndra filed a liquidating plan at the end of July and scheduled
a hearing on Sept. 7 for approval of the explanatory disclosure
statement.  The Plan is designed to pay 2.5% to 6% to unsecured
creditors with claims totaling as much as $120 million. Unsecured
creditors with $27 million in claims against the holding company
are projected to have a 3% dividend.

The TCR reported on Nov. 12, 2012, Bloomberg News said Solyndra
LLC gave formal notice that its reorganization plan was confirmed
and substantially consummated.  The amended joint Chapter 11 plan
became effective Nov. 7, according to a court filing that fixed
Jan. 13 as the professional fee bar date and Dec. 7 as the bar for
administrative claims.

Don't be fooled.  Assets, for example, reported at historical cost
net of depreciation may understate the true value of a firm's
assets.  A company may establish reserves on its balance sheet for
liabilities that may never materialize.  The prices at which
equity securities trade in public market are determined by more
than a balance sheet solvency test.
