an order granting her motion to extend the deadline to file motion

Class Certification be extended until 60 days after the Defendant
substantially completes the production of any class discovery
ordered by the Court, following resolution of the pending Motion to
strike and motion to compel.

Plaintiff's class allegations, and the Court's Order staying the

impracticable to complete class discovery and file the Plaintiff's
motion for class certification within the current deadline.

Corporation, primarily underwriting personal auto and property
policies.

BERKELEY, CA: Prado's Class Certification Bid Partly Granted
------------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as YESICA PRADO, et al., v.
CITY OF BERKELEY, Case No. 3:23-cv-04537-EMC (N.D. Cal.), the Hon.
Judge Chen entered an order granting in part and denying in part
the Plaintiffs' motion for class certification as follows:

  1. The Unhoused People Class is certified under Rule 23(b)(2) as
to the Plaintiffs' property seizure and destruction claim
under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United
States Constitution, and Article I, section 13 of the
California Constitution. Erin Spencer, Amber Whitson, Jermaine

White, and Monique Williams are appointed as class
representatives. Disability Rights Advocates and East Bay
Community Law Center are appointed as class counsel under Rule

     23(g).

  2. Certification is denied as to the Plaintiffs' state-created
danger claim. This denial does not affect any named
     plaintiff's individual state-created danger claims.

  3. The Vehicle Resident Subclass is certified under Rule 23(b)(2)

as to the Plaintiffs' challenge to the City's categorical
denial of disability accommodations from the 72-hour parking
restriction under Title II of the ADA. Amber Whitson is
appointed as the sole representative of the Vehicle Resident
     Subclass.

The Plaintiffs seek to certify an "Unhoused People Class" of:

"all unhoused persons who have a disability who reside in a
vehicle or other shelter in public spaces in Berkeley,
California, or who reside in temporary or transitional
     shelters in Berkeley."

The Plaintiffs also seek to certify a "Vehicle Resident Subclass"
of:

"all unhoused persons who have a disability who reside in a
vehicle in a public space in Berkeley, California and who are

unable to comply with the City's 72-hour parking restriction
     due to a disability."

The two requirements of Rule 23(b)(2) are met for the Unhoused
People Class's property seizure claim, and the Vehicle Resident
Subclass's 72-hour rule claim.

Berkeley is a city on the eastern shore of San Francisco Bay in
northern Alameda County, California.

BLACKLANE NORTH AMERICA: Naqi Sues Over Failure to Pay Wages Owed
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Syed Naqi, individually and on behalf of all others similarly
situated v. BLACKLANE NORTH AMERICA, INC., Case No. 2:26-cv-04994
(E.D. Pa., July 17, 2026), is brought for violations of the Fair
Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act
("PMWA"), and the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law
("WPCL") and for unjust enrichment for failure to pay wages owed.

The Defendant misclassified Plaintiff, and continues to misclassify
other drivers, as independent contractors even though they are
employees under federal and Pennsylvania law. By misclassifying
Plaintiff and other drivers as independent contractors, the
Defendant has unlawfully avoided paying hourly wages, overtime
wages, business expenses, and other employee benefits in violation
of the FLSA, PMWA, and WPCL. The Defendant has also violated
federal and state law by imposing monetary penalties on drivers
based on their alleged violations of the Defendant's performance

BLUE CROSS: Brown Sues to Recover Unpaid Minimum, Overtime Wages
----------------------------------------------------------------
Lekisha Brown, on behalf of herself and all others similarly
situated v. BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF SOUTH CAROLINA, a South
Carolina corporation, Case No. 3:26-cv-02896-SAL (D.S.C., July 17,
2026), is brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), and
as a class action under common law to recover unpaid minimum and
overtime wages and hours owed to herself and similarly situated
customer experience representatives employed by Defendant.

The Defendant employs hourly Customer Support Advocates ("CSAs")
who provide call-center style customer service to Defendant's
members. Instead of paying its CSAs for all work performed in
furtherance of their job duties, the Defendant enforced its strict
attendance and schedule adherence policies and discouraged CSAs
from recording all time spent booting up and logging into their
computers prior to their scheduled shifts, and when returning from
their designated meal periods.

The Plaintiff worked at least 40 hours in almost every week of her
employment with Defendant and regularly worked more than 40 hours
in a workweek. The Defendant also knew or should have known that
requires non-exempt employees who work more than 40 hours in a
workweek to be paid overtime at one and one-half times their
regular rate of pay, which includes compensable boot-up and
call-ready work. Nevertheless, Defendant failed to pay Plaintiff
and all other current and former CSAs overtime compensation at one
and one-half times their regular rates of pay for the off-the clock
work, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff worked for Defendant from June 2023 to August 2025 as
a non-exempt, hourly CSA.

The Defendant is a South Carolina-based health insurer with more
than 16,000 employees across the nation.[BN]

BOGCO LLC: Hoover Sues to Recover Unpaid Minimum Wages
------------------------------------------------------
Ayden Curtis Hoover and Melissa Jo Drew, individually and on behalf

BIJOU, and MARTHA BOGGS, individually, Case No. 3:26-cv-00343 (E.D.
Tenn., July 17, 2026), is brought under the Fair Labor Standards
Act (the "FLSA") to recover unpaid minimum wages and unlawfully
retained tips owed to servers and bartenders who worked at Bistro
at the Bijou.

The Defendants were therefore not entitled to any tip credit. For
every hour that Plaintiffs and other members of the FLSA Collective

failed to pay the full federal minimum wage in violation of the
FLSA. As a direct and proximate result, Plaintiffs and those

below the federal minimum wage are entitled to their unpaid minimum
wages, an equal amount in liquidated damages, and their reasonable
attorneys' fees and costs, pursuant to the FLSA, says the
complaint.

CATALPANYC LLC: Church Sues Over Unpaid Minimum Wages
-----------------------------------------------------
John "Devon" Church and Ada Roth, on behalf of themselves and

RESTAURANT, and NICHOLAS PADILLA, Case No. 1:26-cv-04312 (E.D.N.Y.,
July 17, 2026), is brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act
("FLSA") as a result of unpaid minimum wages.

The Plaintiffs at times worked more than 40 in a given workweek.
The Defendants were also required to provide written notice of the
tip credit whenever the minimum wage or tip credit changed, which
occurred periodically during the statutory period, but Defendants
failed to do this. The Defendants did not pay Plaintiffs New York's
"spread of hours" premium when their shifts lasted longer than 10
hours. The Defendants required Plaintiffs to share tips with
kitchen employees who provided minimal customer service and whose
primary job duties were to prepare food in the kitchen out of the
view of customers. As a result, Defendants' payment of the tip
credit minimum wage was an underpayment. The Defendants knowingly
committed the foregoing acts against the Plaintiffs, FLSA
Collective members, and members of the Class, says the complaint.

DAVID RESTAURANT: Cherry Sues Over Unpaid Minimum, Overtime Wages
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Leda Cherry, on behalf of herself and all other persons similarly
situated, known and unknown v. David Restaurant Group, LLC, Case
No. 3:26-cv-00250-TMR-CHG (S.D. Ohio, July 17, 2026), is brought
under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") for Defendant's failure
to pay Plaintiff and other similarly-situated employees all earned
minimum and overtime wages.

DRG has a policy or practice of paying its tipped employees sub
minimum hourly wages under the tip-credit provisions of the FLSA.
Under the tip-credit provisions of the FLSA, an employer of tipped
employees may, under certain circumstances, pay those employees
less than the minimum hourly wage and take a "tip credit" against
its minimum wage obligations. DRG violated the FLSA and Ohio law by
enforcing a policy or practice of paying Plaintiff, the Collective
Members and the Class Members sub-minimum, tip-credit wages even
when it required those employees to perform non-tipped work that is
unrelated to their tipped occupation, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff has been employed as a server at Butterbee's
Restaurant.

situated, Plaintiff v. DOCTUSUSA, INC., Defendant, Case No.
3:26-cv-07437 (N.D. Cal., July 17, 2026) is a class action against
Doctus for its failure to properly secure and safeguard sensitive
information that Plaintiff and other patients entrusted to it,

Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, the California Unfair
Competition Law, and the California Customer Records Act.

On July 10, 2026, the Deadlock ransomware group disclosed having
accessed a large volume of data from Doctus. Despite having
knowledge of the data breach, Doctus has not provided notice of the
data breach to its customers' patients. The PII and PHI was
compromised due to Doctus's negligent and/or careless acts and
omissions and the failure to protect the PII and PHI of Plaintiff
and Class Members, says the suit.

The Plaintiff brings this action on behalf of all persons whose PII
and PHI was compromised as a result of Doctus' failure to: (i)

DONALD TRUMP: Thakur Seeks Certification of Proposed Classes
------------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as NEETA THAKUR, et al., v.
DONALD J. TRUMP, et al., Case No. 3:25-cv-04737-RFL (N.D. Cal.),
the Plaintiffs, on Oct. 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., will move the
Court for an Order granting their motion for summary judgment
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure and certifying the
proposed classes and appointing the Plaintiffs and their counsel to
represent the classes pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
23(a)(1)-4, (b)(2), and (g).

The Plaintiffs propose four classes (membership may overlap):

  1. The Viewpoint Discrimination Class (NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and
     NIH)

The Viewpoint Discrimination Class builds on the Court's
Equity Termination Class (see 1st PI Order), updated to
reflect information learned during the discovery process.
     It consists of:

"All University of California researchers, including
faculty, staff, academic appointees, and employees across
the University of California system who are named as
principal researchers, investigators, or project leaders on
the grant applications or subawards for previously awarded
research grants by the NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and NIH (or
their sub-agencies) that were terminated because they
"expressed, or were presumed to express, viewpoints
disfavored by the [Trump] Administration, as set forth in
Executive Orders or [each Agency's] executive directives,"
as listed in the attached stipulations and spreadsheets
(including those grants terminated pursuant to Executive
Orders 14151 or 14173), from and after Jan. 20, 2025."

Excluded from the class are the Defendants, the judicial
officer(s) assigned to this case, and their respective
     employees, staffs, and family members.

  2. Separation of Powers Class (NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and NIH)
     consisting of:

"All University of California researchers, including
faculty, staff, academic appointees, and employees across
the University of California system who are named as
principal researchers, investigators, or project leaders on
the grant applications or subawards for previously awarded
research grants by the NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and NIH (or
their sub-agencies), "funded through funds appropriated" by
Congress "for the purpose of grantmaking," the NSF, NEH,
DOD, DOT, and NIH (or their sub-agencies) from and after
Jan. 20, 2025, and whose terminated funds were not "re-
     allocated to other grant-making programs.""

This includes all the grants listed in the attached
stipulations and spreadsheets for NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and
     NIH (or their sub-agencies).

Excluded from the class are Defendants, the judicial
officer(s) assigned to this case, and their respective
     employees, staffs, and family members.

  3. The Department of Energy (Equal Protection and First
     Amendment) consisting of:

"All University of California researchers, including
faculty, staff, academic appointees, and employees across
the University of California system, who worked or were
hired to work on a research grant or sub-award that (a)
named a UC researcher as a principal researcher,
investigator, or project leader on the grant application or
sub-award and (b) was included in the 284 grants that DOE
terminated "based solely on the political identity of the
grant recipient's state," on or around Oct. 2, 2025."

Excluded from the class are the Defendants, the judicial
officer(s) assigned to this case, and their respective
     employees, staffs, and family members.

  4. The Form Termination Class

The Plaintiffs understand that the Ninth Circuit concluded
that this Court lacks jurisdiction over the Administrative
Procedure Act claim relevant to the previously certified
Form Termination Class. Nevertheless, Plaintiffs include
the Class in this motion solely for the purpose of
preserving the claim through further appeals. As defined by
the Court, the Form Termination Class consists of:

"All University of California researchers, including
faculty, staff, academic appointees, and employees across
the University of California system who are named as
principal researchers, investigators, or project leaders on
the grant applications for previously awarded research
grants by the NSF, NEH, DOD, DOT, and NIH (or their
sub-agencies) that are terminated by means of a form
termination notice that does not provide a grant-specific
explanation for the termination that states the reason for
the change to the original award decision and considers the
reliance interests at stake, from and after Jan. 20, 2025."

Excluded from the class are the Defendants, the judicial
officer(s) assigned to this case, and their respective
     employees, staffs, and family members.

Donald Trump is an American politician, media personality, and
businessman.

FINANCE AUTHORITY: Court Tosses Webber Class Action
---------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as BENJAMIN WEBBER, et al.,
on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, v.
FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MAINE ("FAME"), et al., Case No.
1:24-cv-00401-JAW (D. Me.), the Hon. Judge John Woodcock, Jr.
entered an order granting the state agency's motion to dismiss for
lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and the outside counsel's and
the state court administrator's motions to dismiss for failure to
state a plausible claim for relief.

The Plaintiffs accuse FAME and its outside counsel of an illegal
"scheme to collect zombie student loan debt" through "false,
deceptive, and misleading representations about the character and
amount of the student debt" and then allegedly using "unfair means
to collect [the debt] in Maine courts."

On July 6, 2023, FAME, represented by the Attorney Defendants,
filed a complaint against the Plaintiffs in Maine state court
seeking judgment in the amount of $21,228.19 for the outstanding
loan balance, including interest, costs, and fees.

On Nov. 25, 2024, while the state proceedings were pending, the
Plaintiffs initiated this federal action, accusing FAME and the
Attorney Defendants of several violations of state and federal law,
namely for making false representations in state court debt
collection actions and state administrative proceedings against
student borrowers regarding the terms of their student loan
agreements and the amount owed.

FAME is an instrumentality of the state of Maine, responsible for
administering a variety of financial programs, including student
loans for postsecondary education

GOOGLE LLC: Miller Balks at Illegal Biometric Data Collection
-------------------------------------------------------------
DELORES MILLER, individually and on behalf of all others similarly
situated, Plaintiff v. GOOGLE, LLC, Defendant, Case No.
5:26-cv-07441 (S.D. Cal., July 17, 2026) arises out of Google's
unauthorized collection, storage, and commercial use of Plaintiff
and similarly situated bystanders' facial images and biometric data
using its Google Nest security cameras and video doorbells.

In the course of her daily life, the Plaintiff regularly walks
through residential neighborhoods, visits the homes of friends and
family, and patronizes businesses across California. Numerous homes
and businesses along her regular routes have Google Nest doorbells
or cameras visibly installed.

Through the "Familiar Face Detection" feature, Google Nest devices
photograph the faces of every person that passes through the
device's field of view. The devices then use artificial
intelligence to analyze these facial images and categorize the
unknowing subjects as "familiar" or "unfamiliar" to device owners.
Google heavily promotes Familiar Face Detection as a primary
benefit of its Google Nest devices, driving device sales and
subscriptions to Google Home Premium, the premium service required
to activate the feature, says the suit.

The complaint alleges that Google knows that its conduct violates
individuals' privacy rights. It strategically offers the Familiar
Face Detection feature only where it deems the risk of private
enforcement to be manageable. The feature is completely disabled in
Illinois, which provides consumers with a private right of action
to challenge the unauthorized collection and storage of their
biometric data.

As a direct and proximate result of Defendant's conduct, the
Plaintiff and the Class members suffered damages, including
invasion of their privacy, commercial appropriation of their facial
images and biometric identities, and emotional distress, the suit
asserts.

GREAT DAY: Cadorette Sues Failure to Pay Overtime Wages
-------------------------------------------------------
Michael Cadorette, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated v. GREAT DAY IMPROVEMENTS, LLC, Case No.
5:26-cv-01654-JRA (N.D. Ohio, July 17, 2026), is brought pursuant
to the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") seeking payment of unpaid
wages and liquidated damages for the failure to pay overtime wages,
as well as attorneys' fees and costs.

The Plaintiff alleges that he and other similarly situated
installation and repair workers were knowingly and improperly
classified by Great Day as independent contractors, and, as a
result, did not receive compensation for hours worked in excess of
40 in a workweek in violation of the FLSA. Although Plaintiff
routinely worked 50 hours a week, he was paid a flat rate,
determined by Great Day, for each project he was assigned, and did
not receive overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40
a week, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff worked for Great Day as a carpenter, performing patio
and sunroom installations for Great day's clients between February
2025 and November 2025.

HAUPPAUGE BAGEL: Pocasangre Sues Over Unpaid Overtime Wages
-----------------------------------------------------------
Leticia Pocasangre, Cristi Portillo, Arriaza Cruz and Trinidad
Roque, on behalf of themselves and all other persons similarly
situated v. HAUPPAUGE BAGEL CORP., SYOSSET BAGEL CORP., CENTEREACH
BAGEL CORP., GARVIES POINT BAGEL CORP. and CRAIG BERESID, Case No.
2:26-cv-04324 (E.D.N.Y., July 18, 2026), is brought under the Fair
Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and the New York Labor Law ("NYLL") as
a result of the Defendants' failure to pay overtime wages.

The Plaintiffs regularly worked more than 40 hours in a work week
but were not paid overtime in violation of the FLSA and the NYLL.
the Defendants' failure to properly state Plaintiffs' regular rate
and overtime rate upon hire, and failure to properly state
Plaintiffs' correct overtime rate of pay each pay period, prevented
Plaintiffs from knowing to what extent they had been underpaid and
seeking payment for the precise amount of their unpaid wages.

As a result, Plaintiffs were deprived of their income for longer
than they would have been had they been able to timely raise their
underpayment earlier. Plaintiffs were unable to determine how much
they had been underpaid throughout their employment. Plaintiffs
would have asserted their claims for unpaid wages sooner if
accurate statements had been provided.

The Defendants' failure to provide accurate notices and statements
not only denied Plaintiffs the time-value of the underpayments they
seek to recover in this action, but also resulted in continued
practice of paying Plaintiffs less than one and one-half times
their regular rate for hours that they worked after 40 hours per
workweek, says the complaint.

The Plaintiffs performed non-exempt work for the Defendants.

The Defendants own and operate multiple bagel stores in Nassau and
Suffolk Counties.[BN]

JOHNSON & JOHNSON: Reaches $5.5BB Ovarian Talc Litigation Agreement
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Johnson & Johnson, on July 27, 2026, announced that it has reached
an agreement for a comprehensive resolution of the remaining talc
litigation with the plaintiff firms leading the federal
Multi-District Litigation (MDL) and related state court
proceedings, conditioned on, among other things, the express
participation of at least 95% of the remaining claims. The proposed
resolution follows a favorable ruling by the MDL court, and
acknowledgment by plaintiffs' counsel, regarding plaintiffs'
inability to prove that the Company's talc products caused any
particular claimant's ovarian cancer ("specific causation").

"After decades of litigation and full vetting of the science in an
extensive hearing, plaintiffs effectively conceded their inability
to prove specific causation by withdrawing their experts on the
topic in two bellwether cases. In a watershed moment, the Court
thereafter ordered plaintiffs to show why the remaining claims
should not be dismissed, confirming what we have maintained for
years: that these claims lack scientific merit and were sustained
only by unreliable expert opinions that could not survive rigorous
judicial review," said Erik Haas, Worldwide Vice President of
Litigation, Johnson & Johnson. "The Court's order placed plaintiffs
in an untenable position of having to present specific causation
evidence to maintain their claims that does not exist. While we are
confident the Company would have ultimately prevailed with further
litigation, as it has in the vast majority of cases tried to date,
this resolution allows the Company to put this matter behind it and
remain focused on its mission to develop medicines and devices that
save lives."

The MDL Court's recent specific causation ruling confirmed the
Company's longstanding position that these claims lack scientific
merit.

* The Company has prevailed in the overwhelming majority of
ovarian cases tried to date.

* On July 22, 2026, the MDL court ordered plaintiffs to show why
the remaining pending talc claims should not be dismissed for
inability to prove specific causation.

* The order followed plaintiffs' withdrawal of their specific
causation experts in two bellwether cases, after a hearing that
demonstrated their opinions were not based upon reliable scientific
methodologies.

* The developments affirmed the Company's longstanding position
that the talc claims are premised on junk science that has been
rejected for decades by United States scientific organizations and
regulatory agencies, as well as independent experts.

The proposed resolution constitutes an efficient conclusion to the
talc litigation.

The resolution:

* Requires and is conditioned on - among other criteria - the
participation of lead plaintiff firms in all ovarian talc
litigation pending in state and federal court, representing at
least 95% of the remaining claims.

* Calls for per claim payments, with a $5.5 billion commitment by
the Company and the first payment of no more than $3 billion to be
made in 2027 and no additional payments due before 2028.

* Complements the progress the Company already has made to resolve
the talc litigation, including previously settling about 95% of
filed mesothelioma lawsuits, all State consumer protection claims,
and all talc-supplier disputes.

* Brings finality to this meritless 15-year litigation.

Studies show talc is safe, does not contain asbestos and does not
cause cancer.

* Research, clinical evidence, and decades of studies by
independent medical experts around the world continue to support
the safety of cosmetic talc.

* Prior to its separation, Johnson & Johnson agreed to retain all
the talc-related liabilities and indemnify Kenvue for any and all
costs—arising from litigation in the United States and Canada.

* As part of a worldwide portfolio assessment, Johnson & Johnson
made the commercial decision to discontinue talc-based JOHNSON'S(R)
Baby Powder globally in 2023. Additionally, Johnson & Johnson
separated its consumer health business, Kenvue, in August 2023.

* Additional information on the Company's position and the science
supporting the safety of talc is available at

KAISER FOUNDATION: Class Settlement Gets Final Nod
--------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as JOHN DOES 1-5, et al., v.
KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC., et al., Case No.
3:23-cv-02865-EMC (N.D. Cal.), the Hon. Judge Chen entered an order
granting the Plaintiffs' motion for final approval of class
settlement.

The Court also grants in part the motion for attorneys' fees,
litigation expenses, and service awards. Specifically, the request
for service awards and litigation expenses is granted in its
entirety. However, the Court does not award the full fees
requested; the fees awarded are $13 million. The Court denies
Labaton's request for a share of these fees.

Within a week of the date of this order, the Plaintiffs shall file
a proposed order on final approval and fees, costs, and service
awards consistent with the rulings made by the Court in this order.
This order disposes of Docket Nos. 401, 402, and 411.

An award of $13 million represents 27-28% of the gross settlement
fund (of $47.5 million). This percentage exceeds the 25% benchmark
used in the Ninth Circuit. An award above the benchmark, even for a
near-megafund case, is fair here given the substantial non-monetary
relief obtained, as well as the risk of nonpayment taken on by
counsel in a case which required substantial investment of time and
expense.

The Plaintiffs allege that Kaiser violated their privacy rights,
and those of others similarly situated, in violation of various
federal and state laws.

Kaiser operates as a non-profit health care organization.

KENNECOTT UTAH: Bascom Conditional Cert Bid Partly OK'd
-------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as AUSTIN BASCOM,
Individually and for Others Similarly Situated, v. KENNECOTT UTAH
COPPER LLC, Case No. 2:25-cv-00505-DBB-JCB (D. Utah), the Hon.
Judge Barlow entered an order:

-- granting in part and denying in part the Plaintiff's motion for

conditional certification and Court-authorized notice; and

-- granting in part and denying in part the Plaintiff's Emergency

motion for protective order, corrective notice, and requests
    for production.

The court grants conditional the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA")
collective certification for:

"All current and former hourly Kennecott employees who were
paid a nondiscretionary bonus and/or shift differential during

    the past three years."

Further, the court orders Kennecott to produce to the Plaintiff's
Counsel, within ten (10) calendar days of this order, a
computer-readable database that includes the names of all putative
collective members, along with their job titles, dates of work,
department(s) worked, last known mailing address(es), email
address(es), and mobile telephone number(s).

The court finds that the Plaintiff has met his lenient burden to
substantially allege that the Hourly Employees were victims of a
single policy. All employees within the proposed class are paid
according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA"). Thus, the
CBA is a single, uniform policy that makes the proposed class
similarly situated.

On June 24, 2025, Mr. Bascom sued Kennecott for failing to pay
overtime as required under the FLSA.

The Defendant is an integrated copper mining operation
headquartered in South Jordan, Utah.

KOSHER CORNER: Garcia Sues to Recover Unpaid Overtime Wages
-----------------------------------------------------------
Candelario Garcia, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated v. KOSHER CORNER SUPERMARKET, INC. d/b/a Kosher
Corner and YEHUDA COHEN, Case No. 1:26-cv-04307 (E.D.N.Y., July 17,
2026), is brought seeking equitable and legal relief for
Defendants' violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938
("FLSA"), claiming to recover from Defendants: unpaid overtime
premium, unpaid spread of hours premium, statutory penalties,
liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees and costs.

The Plaintiff never received overtime compensation at 1.5 times his
regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
Throughout his employment, Plaintiff worked shifts exceeding ten
hours in duration. Nonetheless, Defendants never compensated
Plaintiff with the statutory spread of hours premium. The Plaintiff
was never provided with the wage notice required by the NYLL,
either at the time of hiring or at any time thereafter, as required
by the NYLL. The Plaintiff was not provided with accurate wage
statements that reflected his hours worked, rates of pay, and wages
earned.

Based on Plaintiff's observations and discussions with other
employees, class members similarly worked shifts of at least ten
hours and worked more than 40 hours per week. Nonetheless, under
the same pay policies and practices, class members were similarly
denied overtime compensation and spread of hours premiums.
Likewise, Class members were not provided with the wage notices as
required by the NYLL and did not receive accurate wage statements

KPMG LLP: Hood Sues to Recover Unpaid Overtime Wages
----------------------------------------------------
Stacey Hood, on behalf of herself and those similarly situated v.
KPMG, LLP, a Delaware Limited Liability Partnership, Case No.
1:26-cv-05933 (S.D.N.Y., July 14, 2026), is brought pursuant to the
Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), that they are: entitled to
unpaid overtime wages from Defendant, entitled to liquidated
damages pursuant to the FLSA; and entitled to an award of
reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

The Plaintiff complains that she, as well as other similarly
situated AML workers, were regularly required to work
off-the-clock, as a result of Defendant's company-wide corporate
policies, applicable to all AML workers, limiting the hours these
employees were allowed to put on their timesheets on a weekly
basis. The Defendant knew that Plaintiff and other AML workers were
working more hours than Defendant let Plaintiff and AML workers
record on their timesheet, resulting in unpaid overtime
compensation occurring for these employees. Based on KPMG's uniform
policies, Plaintiff, and those employees similarly situated to
Plaintiff, were not paid the statutorily required overtime premiums
for all hours worked, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff, was a non-exempt, hourly paid Anti-Money Laundering
Investigator who performed such activities for Defendant.

MAY TRUCKING: Fails to Safeguard Private Info, Lacey Says
---------------------------------------------------------
NICHOLAS LACEY, individually and on behalf of all others similarly
situated, Plaintiff v. MAY TRUCKING COMPANY, Defendant, Case No.
6:26-cv-1474(D. Or., July 16, 2026) arises from Defendant's failure
to properly secure and safeguard Private Information that was
entrusted to it, and its accompanying responsibility to store and
transfer that information.

The complaint relates that the Plaintiff and Class Members provided
their Private Information to Defendant with the reasonable
expectation and on the mutual understanding that Defendant would
comply with its obligations to keep such information confidential
and secure from unauthorized access. On June 30, 2026, notorious
ransomware group "Embargo" claimed responsibility for a cyberattack
against Defendant on its dark web blog site. Embargo claims that it
successfully exfiltrated 1TB of data from Defendant's network and
systems.

As a result of Defendant's inadequate digital security, Plaintiff's
and Class Members' Private Information was exposed to criminals.
Plaintiff and the Class Members have suffered and will continue to
suffer injuries including: financial losses caused by misuse of
their Private Information; the loss or diminished value of their
Private Information as a result of the Data Breach; lost time
associated with detecting and preventing identity theft; and theft
of personal and financial information, says the suit.

The Plaintiff brings this action individually and on behalf of a
Nationwide Class of similarly situated individuals against
Defendant for: negligence; negligence per se; unjust enrichment;
breach of implied contract; and violation of the California
Consumer Privacy Act. Plaintiff seeks to remedy these harms and
prevent any future data compromise on behalf of himself and all
similarly situated persons whose personal data was compromised and
stolen as a result of the Data Breach and who remain at risk due to
Defendant's inadequate data security practices.

Plaintiff Nicholas Lacey is a citizen and resident of Sacramento,
California.

Defendant May Trucking Company is an interstate transportation

MAY TRUCKING: Fails to Secure Private Information, Orcutt Says
--------------------------------------------------------------
JOHN ORCUTT, individually and on behalf of all others similarly
situated, Plaintiff v. MAY TRUCKING COMPANY, Defendant, Case No.
6:26-cv-1471 (D. Or., July 16, 2026) arises from Defendant's
failure to properly secure and safeguard Private Information that
was entrusted to it, and its accompanying responsibility to store
and transfer that information.

The complaint relates that the Plaintiff and Class Members provided
their Private Information to Defendant with the reasonable
expectation and on the mutual understanding that Defendant would
comply with its obligations to keep such information confidential
and secure from unauthorized access. On June 30, 2026, notorious

that it successfully exfiltrated 1TB of data from Defendant's
network and systems.

As a result of Defendant's inadequate digital security, Plaintiff's
and Class Members' Private Information was exposed to criminals,
asserts the complaint. Plaintiff and the Class Members have
suffered and will continue to suffer injuries including: financial
losses caused by misuse of their Private Information; the loss or
diminished value of their Private Information as a result of the
Data Breach; lost time associated with detecting and preventing
identity theft; and theft of personal and financial information,
says the suit.

MODERN HOUSE: Snyder Sues Over Unpaid Overtime Compensation
-----------------------------------------------------------
Jacob Snyder, on behalf of himself and all others similarly
situated v. MODERN HOUSE & BUILDING MOVERS, INC., a Florida Profit
Corporation, JEREMY PATTERSON, individually, and ASHLEY PATTERSON,
individually, Case No. 2:26-cv-02204 (M.D. Fla., July 17, 2026), is
brought arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), for
Defendants' failure to pay Plaintiff and similarly situated
employees overtime compensation for all hours worked in excess of
40 hours per workweek.

The Defendants classified the Plaintiff and similarly situated
employees as "exempt" salaried employees and paid them a fixed
weekly salary regardless of the number of hours they actually
worked, despite the fact that their primary duties consisted of
manual, non-exempt labor. The Plaintiff worked alongside other
hourly-paid employees, including the owner's son, who held the
title of head of field operations and was himself paid on an hourly
basis.

The Defendants' own internal payroll records demonstrate that the
Defendants had both the ability and the practice of tracking the
Plaintiff's actual daily and weekly hours worked, yet nonetheless
capped the Plaintiff's paid "Regular" hours at 40 hours per week
regardless of the number of hours he actually worked, which
regularly exceeded 50 to 68 hours per week. The Defendants'
conduct, as alleged herein, violates the FLSA, which requires
non-exempt employees to be compensated for their overtime work at
one and one-half times their regular rate of pay, says the
complaint.

The Plaintiff was employed by Defendants as a salaried laborer from
July 8, 2024 through November 10, 2025.

Modern Movers is in the business of raising, elevating, and
relocating houses, buildings, and other large structures, and
providing related foundation repair services, throughout

MYRTLE BEACH, SC: Seeks to Stay Class Certification Deadline
------------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as James Daniel, individually
and as class representative, v. City of Myrtle Beach, SC, et al.,
Case No. 4:25-cv-01231-SAC (D.S.C.), the Defendants ask the Court,
under Rules 6(b)(1), 16(b)(4), and 23(c)(1)(A) of the Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure and Local Civil Rule 6.01 (D.S.C.), to enter an
order granting their motion to stay the Plaintiff's deadline to
move for class certification until after resolution of the City's
motion for summary judgment.

The City's summary judgment motion identifies four independent
legal reasons why Daniel's claims fail. Requiring the parties to
brief class certification while the City's dispositive motion
remains pending would require substantial work and significant
unnecessary cost to address Rule 23 issues that may never require
decision.

The City requests that class certification briefing be stayed until
after the Court rules on the City’s motion for summary judgment.
If any claims remain after summary judgment, Daniel can file his
motion to certify a class 30 days after entry of the Court's order.

The requested relief will not affect any other existing deadline,
as all Daubert motions, stipulations, mediation, and trial dates
are to be set after the Court rules on class certification.

Mr. Daniel filed this putative class action in South Carolina
circuit court on Jan. 17, 2025, seeking declaratory and injunctive
relief related to the City's use of a private contractor to enforce
certain parking ordinances within a designated area of the City.
The City timely removed the case to this Court on Feb. 27, 2025.

City of Myrtle Beach is a residential and vacation community at the
heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand coast.

NATIONAL REVIEW: Orozco Sues for Invasion of Privacy
----------------------------------------------------
CHARLES OROZCO, on behalf of himself and all similarly situated
persons, Plaintiff v. NATIONAL REVIEW, INC., a New York
corporation, Defendant, Case No. 5:26-cv-04009 (C.D. Cal., July 17,
2026) is a class action lawsuit pursuant to the California Invasion
of Privacy Act and the Federal Wiretap Act brought on behalf of the
Plaintiff and all California residents who have accessed and used
www.nationalreview.com -- an online opinion and news publication
that Defendant operates and provides for public access and use.

During his use of the website, the Plaintiff navigated to multiple
pages addressing sensitive personal subject matter, including pages
addressing LGBTQ+ identity, the medical and family circumstances of
gender-identity minors, and abortion policy and abortifacient
medication, unaware that Defendant was causing and permitting third
parties to intercept the contents of his communications and to
associate those contents with persistent, cross-session user
identifiers.

The Defendant caused the interception of the contents of
Plaintiff's communications with the website, including the page
URLs identifying what he was reading, the page titles identifying
in plain English the subject matter of those pages, the referrer
URLs reflecting prior navigation paths, and persistent identifiers
tying those communications to Plaintiff across browsing sessions,
says the suit.

The complaint asserts that the Defendant surreptitiously embeds and
operates third-party tracking technologies on the Website that
intercept the contents of users' electronic communications,
including the page URLs and page titles reflecting in
human-readable terms what users are reading on the website, and
transmits those contents to multiple distinct third-party entities
for those third parties' independent commercial use.

The Defendant's conduct also gives rise to additional state-law
claims under the Unfair Competition Law; the right to privacy under
Article I, Section 1 of the California Constitution; the common law
tort of intrusion upon seclusion; and the doctrine of unjust
enrichment.

PAPPAS OG LLC: Huertero Sues Over Unpaid Minimum, Overtime Wages

situated v. PAPPAS OG LLC, and DANIELLE JIMENEZ MARINE, Case No.
1:26-cv-05965 (S.D.N.Y., July 15, 2026), is brought pursuant to the
Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and the New York Labor Law
("NYLL") that he and similarly situated individuals are entitled to
recover from the Defendants: disgorgements of illegally retained
gratuities, unpaid wages, due to an invalid tip credit policy,
unpaid spread of hours premiums, unpaid call-in pay premiums, late
payments of wages, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees and
costs.

The Plaintiff and the other FLSA Collective Plaintiffs are and have
been similarly situated, have had substantially similar job
requirements and pay provisions, and are and have been subjected to
Defendants' decisions, policies, plans, programs, practices,
procedures, protocols, routines, and rules, all culminating in a
willful failure and refusal to pay Plaintiff and FLSA Collective
Plaintiffs their proper wages, including their unpaid wages,
including overtime, due to Defendants' invalid tip credit policy
and illegal tip retention policy, says the complaint.

PICANHA STEAKHOUSE: Carrero Sues Over Unpaid Wages
--------------------------------------------------
Giovanni Carrero, on behalf of himself and others similarly
situated v. PICANHA STEAKHOUSE NY LLC, Case No. 7:26-cv-05943
(S.D.N.Y., July 14, 2026), is brought pursuant to the Fair Labor
Standards Act ("FLSA") and the New York Labor Law ("NYLL") that he
and similarly situated individuals are entitled to recover from the
Defendants unpaid minimum wage, overtime wages, liquidated damages,
and attorneys' fees and costs.

The Defendants did not pay Plaintiff or the Class Members overtime
pay. FLSA Collective Plaintiffs and the Class similarly worked
weeks of 40 hours or more. The Plaintiff and Class members were not
paid the correct New York minimum wage. The Plaintiff and Class
members were not paid all of their wages or their overtime premiums
at the rate of time and one half of the regular hourly rate, for
all hours worked. The Defendants knowingly and willingly operated
their business with a policy of not paying the New York State
minimum wage, and the proper overtime rate thereof for all hours
worked to Plaintiff, and Class members, in violation of the FLSA
and the NYLL, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff was hired by Defendants to work as a server at the
restaurant in March 2025.

The Defendant operates a restaurant named Picanha Brazilian
Steakhouse, located in West Nyack, New York.[BN]

PJIOWA LLC: Knox Sues Over Unpaid Minimum and Overtime Wages
------------------------------------------------------------
Christina Knox, individually and on behalf of similarly situated
persons V. PJIOWA, LLC, Case No. 4:26-cv-00292-SHL-HCA (S.D. Iowa,
July 18, 2026), is brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act
("FLSA") to recover unpaid minimum wages and overtime hours owed to
themselves and similarly situated delivery drivers employed by
Defendant at their pizza delivery stores.

The Defendant employs delivery drivers who use their own
automobiles to deliver pizza and other food items to their
customers. However, instead of reimbursing delivery drivers for the
reasonably approximate costs of the business use of their vehicles,
Defendant uses a flawed method to determine reimbursement rates
that provides such an unreasonably low rate beneath any reasonable
approximation of the expenses they incur that the drivers'
unreimbursed expenses cause their wages to fall below the federal
minimum wage during some or all workweeks (nominal wages –
unreimbursed vehicle costs = subminimum net wages), says the
complaint.

The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant.

The Defendant operates several pizza franchise stores.[BN]

QUESTCARE HEALTH: Chilaka Sues Over to Recover Unpaid Wages
-----------------------------------------------------------
Iheanyichukwu Chilaka, individually and for others similarly
situated v. QUESTCARE HEALTH & COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., Case No.
4:26-cv-05522 (S.D. Tex., July 13, 2026), is brought against the
Defendant to recover unpaid overtime wages and other damages under
the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA").

The Plaintiff and the other Straight Time Workers regularly worked
more than 40 hours a week. But the Defendant did not pay the
Plaintiff and its other Straight Time Workers premium overtime
wages. Instead the Defendant misclassified the Plaintiff and its
other Straight Time Workers as independent contractors and paid
them the same hourly rate for all hours worked, including those
worked over 40 in a workweek (a practice known as "straight time
for overtime"). The Defendant applied its illegal straight time for
overtime pay scheme to the Plaintiff and its other Straight Time
Workers regardless of any individualized factors. The Defendant's
uniform straight time for overtime pay scheme violates the FLSA by
depriving the Plaintiff and the other Straight Time Workers of the
"time and a half" overtime premium they are owed for hours worked
after 40 in a workweek, says the complaint.

The Plaintiff worked for the Defendant as a Direct Care Provider
from February 2024 through November 2025.

Questcare provides healthcare services to individuals across

ROADSTER COLLISION: Perez Sues Over Unpaid Overtime Wages
---------------------------------------------------------
Oscar Alejandro Vega Perez, Felipe Duran, and Cristian Rodriguez,
on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated v. ROADSTER
COLLISION INC. d/b/a CARSTAR ROADSTER COLLISION, RBR HOLDINGS LLC,
RICHARD RAMNARINE, and TIFFINY TAJRAM a/k/a TIFFANY TAJRAM, Case
No. 2:26-cv-04186 (E.D.N.Y., July 13, 2026), is brought for unpaid
overtime wages, unpaid minimum wages under New York law, unpaid
earned and final wages under New York law, unlawful deductions, and
statutory wage-notice and wage-statement violations under the Fair
Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), and the New York Labor Law ("NYLL"),
as well as supplemental New York State Human Rights Law
("NYSHRL").

The Defendants maintained a common policy and practice of failing
to pay non-exempt workers overtime premiums for hours worked over
forty in a workweek, paying some workers through off-system methods
such as Zelle or checks while withholding required wage
documentation, and using workers' immigration status as a basis to
deny lawful pay and workplace protections., says the complaint.

ROBERT LUNA: Stewart Loses Bid to Reconsider Class Cert Denial
--------------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as Kevin Stewart, et al., v.
Robert Luna et al., Case No. 2:23-cv-04641-ODW-ADS (C.D. Cal.), the
Hon. Judge Otis D. Wright II entered an order denying the
Plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration for failure to establish a
basis for reconsideration.

The Plaintiffs repeatedly failed to "propose an adequate plan to
address the damages phases in this case." Without such a plan, the
Court was "unable to determine whether the common issues
predominate over the individual ones and whether a class action is
superior to other available methods for fairly adjudicating the
controversy." Nothing in the Plaintiffs' arguments on
reconsideration alters this conclusion, the Court says.

Further, the Plaintiffs invite the Court to reconsider the same
arguments they already raised in their motions for class
certification. Despite framing their arguments as a request for
reconsideration, "it is clear that [Plaintiffs] simply believe[]
the Court got it wrong,"  the Court adds.

On June 2, 2026, the Court denied the Plaintiffs' third motion for
class certification.

The Court denied class certification because it questioned the
Plaintiffs' counsel's adequacy under Rule 23(a)(4) based on
counsel's unresolved conflicts of interest. Although the Plaintiffs
argue these concerns are speculative, they do not meaningfully
explain how their arguments warrant reconsideration.

PAVING INC., and WELINGTON GOMES, jointly and individually, Case
No. 2:26-cv-08737 (D.N.J., July 15, 2026), is brought against the

only compensating them for their clocked hours. As a result,
Defendant failed to pay Plaintiff and those similarly situated for
all hours worked, including overtime compensation for hours worked
in excess of 40 in a workweek. The Plaintiff and those similarly
situated were not exempt from the overtime requirements of the FLSA
or applicable state law, says the complaint.

TYLER BLEWETT: Ross' Fourth Amended Complaint Tossed
----------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as JAMES ARTHUR ROSS, v.
TYLER BLEWETT et al., Case No. 2:20-cv-01338-SB (D. Or.), the Hon.
Judge Beckerman entered an order granting the Defendants' motion to
dismiss, and dismissing Ross's Fourth Amended Complaint.

Although Ross has already had several opportunities to attempt to
state a viable claim for relief in this case, he has not yet had
the benefit of the Court's evaluation of his current claims.

As a result, Ross may file a Fifth Amended Complaint by Aug. 13,
2026, if he is able in good faith to cure the pleading deficiencies
discussed herein.

The Court finds that Ross has not plausibly alleged that any
individual defendant was personally involved in the alleged
constitutional violations or negligence at TRCI and therefore
grants Defendants' motion to dismiss Ross's Eighth Amendment and
negligence claims.

Ross alleges that the Defendants failed to protect him from
exposure to COVID-19. Ross was infected with COVID-19 and continues
to suffer from long-term COVID-19 side effects, including but not
limited to brain fog, loss of smell and taste, depression, and loss
of muscle mass.

Nevertheless, the Court held in Maney that the putative class
members were not required to file individual tort claim notices to
satisfy the OTCA's notice requirements with respect to the
negligence claim alleged in the Maney class action complaint.

The Plaintiffs alleged an Eighth Amendment claim based on
Defendants' response to the COVID pandemic. On June 26, 2020,
Plaintiffs amended their complaint to add a claim for negligence,
similarly based on Defendants' response to COVID in ODOC
facilities.

In light of the timing and substance of Plaintiffs' original and
amended complaints, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs presented
the relevant claims within the statutory time period.

controls, operates, acquires, develops, rents, and manages
apartment communities throughout the United States.

Among other real property management responsibilities, UDR sets all
policies and procedures for the administration of security
deposits, and oversees the administration of security deposits,
across roughly 165 communities, consisting of approximately 55,240
apartments; it administers the collection of security deposits from
tenants and deductions from security at the end of tenancy.

According to the complaint, UDR uniformly and systematically
deducts and withholds security deposits from Plaintiff and other
former tenants without providing them adequate and timely itemized
statements supported by documentation of the supposed costs
incurred for purportedly repairing and cleaning their units upon
move out as required by code.

In addition, UDR has a practice of either not photographing or
refusing to provide former tenants with photographs of returned
residential units prior to and within a reasonable time after any
supposed repairs or cleanings were performed and that formed the
basis for retaining former tenants' security deposits. UDR includes
false, unreasonable, excessive, and/or unsubstantiated charges on
former tenants' final statements at move out and unlawfully retains
former tenants' security deposits to pay for them, often leaving
former tenants with an excess amount of move-out charges to pay
beyond what their security deposit covers, alleges the suit.[BN]

UNITED STATES: Texas Farm Wins Class Status Bid
-----------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as TEXAS FARM BUREAU, et al.,
v. THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ("USDA"), et al.,
Case No. 2:25-cv-00181-Z (N.D. Tex.), the Hon. Judge Kacsmaryk
entered an order granting the Plaintiffs' motion for class
certification.

The Court appoints Timothy Assiter and Mark Cadra as class
representatives.

Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(c)(1)(B), the Court
defines the class as follows:

"All farmers and ranchers in the United States who are
encountering, or who will encounter, race or sex discrimination

from the USDA based on their exclusion from its "socially
disadvantaged farmer or rancher" designation, and have been or

will be denied benefits or program access on that basis."

Further pursuant to Rule 23(c)(1)(B), the Court defines two class
claims as follows:

    (1) Whether the United States Department of Agriculture is
violating the Constitution when it discriminates based on

race in administering programs under Titles 7 and 16 of the

United States Code and Code of Federal Regulations through

the use of the "socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher"
        designation; and

    (2) Whether the United States Department of Agriculture is
violating the Constitution when it discriminates based on
sex in administering programs under Titles 7 and 16 of the

United States Code and Code of Federal Regulations through

the use of the "socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher"
        designation.

Further, the Court appoints Southeastern Legal Foundation as class
counsel.

Rule 23(b)(2) class certification is appropriate here. USDA acted
or refused to act in a way that applies generally to the class
because it denied additional benefits based on lack of membership
in its "socially disadvantaged" designation. A single injunction or
declaratory judgment deeming the designations unconstitutional and
enjoining USDA from using the designations to deny additional
benefits would provide relief to the entire class.

The Plaintiffs bring this lawsuit and seek class certification to
challenge [NAP, EQIP,] and all other USDA programs that
discriminate against farmers and ranchers based on race or sex
using the 'socially disadvantaged' category.

USDA administers government benefits programs for farmers and
ranchers.

WINCO HOLDINGS: Wolford Case Stayed Pending Resolution of Guillen
-----------------------------------------------------------------
In the class action lawsuit captioned as JOSEPH WOLFORD,
individually and on behalf of other members of the general public
similarly situated; v. WINCO HOLDINGS, INC., et al., Case No.
2:25-cv-03735-DJC-SCR (E.D. Cal.), the Hon. Judge Daniel J.
Calabretta entered an order that grants the Defendant's motion and
stays the action pending final resolution of the Guillen action.

The Parties shall file a status report every six months from the
date of this Order on the status of the related proceedings and the
need to continue the stay.

Accordingly, the Court finds that a stay of Plaintiff's action is
warranted as the first-to-file rule applies and no equitable
concerns exist that prohibit its application.

On Aug. 7, 2025, Emily Ashley Guillen brought a wage and hour class
action lawsuit against WinCo Holdings, LLC in Riverside County
Court that was removed to the Central District of California.

The Plaintiff seeks to represent:

"all current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who

worked for any of the Defendants within the State of California

performance pay that was not used to calculate the amount of
the meal break or rest break penalty/premium payment."

The Guillen action seeks to represent:

"all non-exempt employees who worked for the Defendants in
California from Aug. 28, 2024 to the date of certification or
    judgment, whichever is earlier."
